

Installation Policy
1. Installation Recommendation
TCS ambient lights are engineered for Plug & Play installation, minimizing the need for cutting wires or permanent vehicle modification. However, to ensure optimal performance and safety, we strongly recommend professional installation by qualified technicians.
2. Pre-Installation Requirements

Verify vehicle model and production year against the product compatibility list before installation.

Ensure vehicle battery is in good condition during installation (to prevent voltage-related issues).

Read the included installation manual carefully prior to any work.

3. Installation Services
TCS may provide or recommend authorized installation partners. If you elect to use TCS’s recommended service centers, installation will follow TCS’s standard procedures and quality checks.
4. Customer Installation (DIY) and Liability
Customers who choose to install the product themselves assume full responsibility for any damage arising from DIY installation. This includes but is not limited to:

Wiring damage, blown fuses, or electrical issues caused by incorrect connections;

Physical damage to interior trims, clips, or panels due to improper removal or reinstallation;

Voiding of warranty as specified in the Warranty Policy when damage results from improper installation or modification.

5. Professional Installation Warranty
When installation is carried out by an authorized TCS installer and documented, the installation workmanship is covered for 30 days from the installation date. Workmanship warranty covers installation-related defects (e.g., loose fittings, connectors coming undone due to installer error). It does not cover product defects (covered under product warranty) or damages from subsequent misuse.
6. After-Installation Checks
After installation, please check:

All lighting modes and color changes function as expected;

There are no loose wires or rattling panels;

Vehicle’s other electrical functions operate normally.
If any issue is detected immediately after installation, contact the installer and TCS support for assistance.
7. Scheduling and Fees
If TCS provides installation services, standard appointment, labor, and any additional parts costs will be communicated before installation. Any third-party installation fees are subject to agreement between the customer and the service provider.
