Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Overview


TCS Official Store (“TCS”) warrants that its ambient light products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified at the time of purchase.

2. Warranty Period


The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a different period is stated on the product page or invoice.

3. What Is Covered


This warranty covers defects that arise under normal use, including but not limited to:

  • LED failure or lights not powering on;

  • Control module malfunction (unable to change modes/colors);

  • Persistent/random flickering not caused by vehicle electrical issues.

4. What Is NOT Covered


This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, DIY modifications, or unauthorized repairs;

  • Physical damage due to accidents, impact, immersion in water, fire, or other external causes;

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, tampering, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose;

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, fading) or consumable parts;

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand sales (warranty void if purchase cannot be verified).

5. Claim Requirements & Process


To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Contact TCS customer support via the contact channel listed on our website (email/phone/form) within the warranty period.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number), a clear description of the problem, and photos/videos demonstrating the defect.

  3. Follow TCS instructions for diagnostics (which may include remote troubleshooting).

If TCS verifies a valid warranty claim, TCS will, at its discretion, either: repair the product, provide a replacement, or issue a refund of the product price. Shipping costs for returning the defective item may be handled as follows: TCS covers return shipping when the defect is confirmed; otherwise return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability


TCS’s liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies described above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Other Terms

  • Customers are advised to keep original packaging, invoice, and any installation records.

  • Warranty becomes void if the product is opened, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
