TCS is not responsible for incompatibility resulting from incorrect model selection.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before shipment or installation.
TCS reserves the right to cancel or reject any order if payment is not completed, or in case of pricing errors or product unavailability.

4. Installation

All TCS ambient light products are designed with Plug & Play compatibility.
We strongly recommend professional installation to ensure proper functionality and safety.
TCS will not be responsible for any damage caused by improper or self-installation.
Any modification or tampering with the wiring may void the warranty.

5. Warranty

Our warranty covers non-human defects only, such as:

Lights not functioning properly
Lights not following control settings
Random flickering issues

Damages caused by accidents, negligence, or modifications are not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims must include the original proof of purchase and product photos or videos for verification.

6. Returns and Exchanges

All products are thoroughly tested before shipping.
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Shipping costs for return or exchange are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

TCS Official Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, installation, or misuse.
All installations are at the customer’s own risk.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
